Drawing from his extensive background in building and scaling successful businesses and high-performing teams, Peter now dedicates himself to advising companies on GTM strategy and coaching leaders and individual contributors.
As a transformational coach and consultant, Peter has worked with leaders and organizations as varied as construction, technology, manufacturing, franchises, and non-profit groups. Peter brings his decades of real world experience to his role as a coach and facilitator- replacing the hypothetical with the concrete and intentional.
Peter’s entrepreneurial background started as a sales executive at Arrowpoint Communications, where he was instrumental in the IPO of the company and the subsequent acquisition by Cisco Systems for $5B. After a 4 year tenure at Cisco Systems, where Peter managed a team of 200+, Peter founded a Managed Service Provider. Over a 6 year period Peter grew the operation to 75 employees and led the successful sale to private equity.
Post-sale Peter was the CRO/Head of Sales at 5 technology companies- 3 of whom were acquired. He has scaled from $0-$10M and from $50M to $200M+. Peter is a Maxwell Leadership Executive Facilitator and Coach- the leading leadership organization founded by famed author and leadership guru John C. Maxwell. He’s also a Certified RightPath Facilitator and Coach.
